How do I get my In-Game user to show under my name?

I noticed that certain forums accounts have their In-Game user and rank displayed under their name, how is this done? (Attached an example picture)

Hey ManKind207,
To link your minecraft account with your forums account (MineSync), you will have to do the following:
1- Once in game, do /hub
2- In the hub, you have to do /link
3- An alert will pop up, telling you to click on a link so you get the account connected, if you are logged in, once the link is open, you will be given the ranks if you do have them

In the case your ranks dont show up (and you have them in-game), click here, to manually show a new display group
