I live in a dorm so I have to walk to most of my classes- we love walking in 10 degrees + a wind chill
My sister has done that before- for me it was standing outside for twenty minutes in -20 degree weather waiting for the bus.
Edit: half the time the bus driver would have one of the windows open...?
