Frankly, I think there should be staff for each section. This would bring about less requirements of helpop. Having mediators for an engaged areas would decrease quantities of rule-breakers.

Coming from somebody like me, it genuinely needs it as this server is gradually exhausting and beginning to chiefly center in fac/pk.

If you mean more staff pets gamemode, then that is more so based on the quantity and quality of applications that we get. We can only review those who apply. However I do agree, more staff presence would be nice- even more so on servers like kit and factions.
